Dragonfly Gift Box

I made this gift box for a friend who is leaving employment with our agency after 11+ years. She will be missed! She also has a love for dragonflies like I do. So in honor of that this is the gift box I made.

Saturday Sketch Challenge 209 @ Stamping 411

Well it is Tuesday and I finally got around to doing the Saturday Sketch Challenge. I left the sentiment off for now so I can customize it when I need it. :-) I really enjoy the stamp set Flower Florettes and using embossing powders. For the flower I stamped in versa mark then in Pacific Point, covered with clear embossing powder and heat set with the heat tool. for the "leaf" I stamped in versa mark and used the new Wild Wasabi Embossing Powder. I also used the Big Shot to emboss the background with Flower Garden Embossing Folder. The Designer Paper is also Flower Garden!

Tri Butterfly

This was a simple but cute card to whip up for a birthday. The Big Shot makes things so fast and easy. Add some pearls for some cute bling!

Fabulous Florets

The Summer Mini has some beautiful flower stamp set like the Fabulous Florets along with new colored embossing powder in Tangerine Tango, Wild Wasabi and Melon Mambo. There is also a new embossing folder available in the mini as well called Flower Garden as you see here in this card above and below. The purple card is for my sister's birthday.

Tri Shutter Card

I really enjoyed making the Tri Shutter Cards. I was inspired to make this one by Nancy at Left By Design. I used retired Designer Paper (Wanted) and Stamp Sets (Bareback and Wanted). Tomorrow I will post some punch art from my Mom Anita! See you then..........

Happy Father' Day!

A big shout out to all the Dad's out there! You are amazing. I sure miss my Dad but think of him everyday!

This is a tri shutter card I made for my husband. I always envisioned this to be a difficult card to make. However it was easy peasy! Let me know if you are interested in making one! I would love for you to host a workshop and learn to make cards and crafts.

The stamp set is a retired set call Happy Camper and a current set called Just Believe. Woodland Walk as the designer paper that I printed using My Digital Studio! That was a treat...since I didn't have that paper but I did have it as a digital image! So I only printed what I needed. What to learn more about My Digital Studio? Ask me how.....until tomorrow I have another tri shutter card to show off.
