Alphabet Zoo Book (punched art) A-E
Here is the A-z Alphabet Zoo Book I have been working on. I am giving it away at a fundraiser for my sons preschool. We are selling raffle tickets for this a many other awesome prizes. Each day I will post some more letters. All the animals were made from Stampin' Up! Punches. Some of the animals I created, some my mom Anita created and many were cased on SCS or just by googleing punched art. I figured...why reinvent the wheel. I got the idea for the book from my friend Kathy. Look tomorrow for F-J.

I was out blog hopping over at Becky's Blog aka Inking Idaho and she had made a really cute pin with a scrunchie flower on it. Well I just had to try it. Super easy and super fun!

Various Valentine cards/treats
This is an Easel Card I made for my husband for Valentines Day. One little mistake...I used Pink Pirouette (retired in color) instead of Pretty in Pink.
Here is a side view of the Easel Card.

Quail and a Pheasant
Well my mom and I have sure been punch happy lately. Here is some of her work of art using punches. We literally get our inspiration from looking up an animal on line and going from their.
Punches: XL Two Step Bird, Photo Corner punch (for the legs), Wide Oval, Heart to Heart, Word Window, and Modern Label.
Stamp: Inspired by Nature
Ink: Various SU Markers
Misc: Sponge daubers
Let me know if you would like detailed instructions.
Valentine Treats
My kids made there own cards this year. I cut the paper but they did the stamping and assembly. (Even my 4 year old) We used the Valentine M & M's for the girls and Conversation Hearts for the boys. The In Colors were perfect for this. Each of my boys have their own name stamp now from the Love Bots Personalized Name Stamp. Cute stuff!

Teachers Aid treats
I made a few of these for the aides who help out so much at the schools. The bag was made from the Fancy Favor Bigz XL Die for the Big Shot. This die is a must have! So many uses, quick and easy. I made a 3 x 3 card to go along with. Both using the Sending Love Specialty Paper. Pinking Hearts Border Punch and the Extra Large Two Step Bird Punches were used as well.

Cupcake Take Along Tote!
Happy Valentines Day! I made this treat for my son's teachers. I found the instructions at Capture the Moment by Nicole Heady. Of course my photography skills could use some improvement! I will work on that! LOL For the card (and cake box) I used the Sending Love Specialty Paper. I also used the Extra Large Two Step Bird Punch. Let me tell you this punch is amazing! I've used it so many times and not just to make the the bird...you will see soon as I am working on a project that uses all my punches. In addition I used the Pinking Hearts Border Punch available in the Mini Occasions.
